Paul joined TiggColl in 2015 and has since led a wide range of projects from concept through to completion. With a background in civil engineering, he brings a technically focused approach to design, shaped by his architectural training through RIBA Studio, an MArch at Nottingham Trent University, and Part III at London Metropolitan University. He was nominated for the RIBA Silver Medal and has lectured at NTU.

Paul specialises in adaptive reuse and complex, constrained sites, with a strong interest in creating human-centred co-living and student housing. Recent work includes a floating home in Rickmansworth and a boathouse on the upper Thames.

He also oversees quality standards across the practice, conducting regular design reviews to ensure consistency and excellence across all RIBA work stages and building typologies.
